With the Wemote control panel, you can keep track of everything you need on a 13.3 inch touch screen. An integrated camera lets you monitor ongoing print jobs and shows estimated finishing time and status. Contextual help guides instruct you through steps such as loading the printer with new powder, cleaning the chamber, or extracting finished parts from the build.
Safe Refilling of Material with Patented Powder Packages
The cartridges refill the printer using a patented design that directly connects and fills via a dedicated inlet on the front of the printer to keep the process dust free. New material arrives in a cylinder made of sustainable paper and wood-based packaging that is easy to handle and store. Each cylinder includes a QR card that helps ensure the correct material is loaded into the correct printer.
A Stable Thermal Environment with the Atmosphere Generator
The Atmosphere Generator is a unit that provides improved control of build chamber conditions in the SLS 300 3D printer for increased part density, surface finish, and mechanical performance. The Atmosphere Generator communicates with the SLS 300’s software and creates a more stable thermal environment during the printing process.
Efficient Depowdering with the Water Jet Cabinet
Cleans and extracts powder fast and conveniently using a water spray gun containing different nozzles to clean cavities, surfaces, and smaller details. The user-friendly design is spacious and well lit. Built in moisture control keep a safe environment along with filters and sterilization for built in water purification. The Water Jet Cabinet uses 20 liters of tap water that recirculates, just plug it in, fill it with water, and get started. No running water or drain connections needed. Water jet reaches up to 100 bars of pressure.
Compact Size with a Maximum Build Capacity
The SLS 300 has a small footprint while offering big opportunities. The printer takes only 0.45 sq. meters or 4.8 sq. ft. floor space with no infrastructure needed. It uses standard power, is low in office noise levels and requires no chiller or fume extractor
